Before an application can be built a source file needs to be added to the project, this is done by selecting "File->New". In the "New" dialog box, select the "Files" tab, and choose the type of file to be created, either "C/C++ Header File" or "C++ Source File". Be sure the project this file is to be added to is specified in the right hand side of the "New" dialog box.
