Alan Caskey, Former Christie Digital Executive, Brings Extensive Industry Experience To Fakespace Systems Management Team

Kitchener, ON - May 1, 2001 - Fakespace Systems Inc., a leading provider of immersive displays and visualization systems, today announced that Alan Caskey has been named vice president of sales for the company. Caskey, a former vice president of sales for Christie Digital, brings nearly two decades of experience in the projection-based visualization industry to the Fakespace Systems management team.

Fakespace Systems designs, markets and integrates visualization systems and interactive devices for working with virtual prototypes and visual simulations. These systems, which facilitate collaboration and better understanding of complex data, range from fully immersive room environments to depth-enhanced displays that fit in an average size conference room.

"We're extremely pleased that Alan Caskey has agreed to join the company," said Dan Wright, president and chief executive officer of Fakespace Systems. "His sales leadership skills and extensive familiarity with our industry will immediately strengthen our sales strategy worldwide."

After accumulating almost twenty years of projection industry experience with Electrohome Limited, Caskey was named Christie Digital's vice president of sales for the Americas when that company purchased Electrohome's projection systems business in 1999. Most recently, Caskey has been driving growth and profitability as a senior executive in an unrelated industry.

"The growth in demand for collaborative visualization systems makes this a very exciting time for me to return to the industry," said Caskey. "I'm very pleased to join the Fakespace Systems team, with its reputation for innovation, high quality systems, and unbeatable service.
