How does the Partner Program work?

VRCO partners are chosen based on their proven ability to generate focused sales within a particular geography and/or to a particular market segment. Our partners purchase VRCO products and services at a discounted price, and then resell them at a profit. The Partner Program ensures that you are properly supported with sales and marketing materials and training.

Who can be a partner?

VRCO seeks partners who are actively involved in selling products and services to scientific, governmental, business and academic organizations that use and/or need 3D data visualization to improve their operations.

How do I sign up?

How is billing handled?

Typically, VRCO bills partners directly according to their partner agreements, and passes on the appropriate partner discount.

What promotional materials are available?

VRCO has developed various marketing collateral pieces for all of its products. In addition, there are detailed pages for all products available on our web site.

Who provides technical support for my clients?

There are three levels of VRCO partners: Platinum, Gold, and Reseller. VRCO provides training and support to the technical staff of Platinum and Gold partners who in turn support their clients with installation and configuration. In contrast, VRCO provides technical support directly to the customers of Reseller partners. The partner discount is structured to be the highest for the Platinum level and lowest for the Reseller level as the technical staff of Platinum partners are responsible for their own customers.
