A co-founder of Mechdyne Corporation, James Gruening serves as Senior Vice President. In this role he is responsible for the sales, marketing, development, design, operation, and improvement of Mechdyne technologies and services. As part of this role, James also monitors overall corporate efficiency and client satisfaction.
He is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is an alumnus of the National Security Forum, Air War College.
Prior to founding Mechdyne, James held positions with at Engineering Animation, Inc., and also served as a research scientist at Iowa State University.
Certifications: OSHA 10-hour
Global Experience: Jim works closely with our global clients with regular visits to six continents.
Key Education:MS degree and a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University
