Our AV Services team recently had to go through a software change within the campus of a large client. The client switched from Skype to Zoom, while this does not seem like a big change, this client has over 1,500 meeting rooms just on their campus. Our technicians had to learn how to set up the rooms using the new technology quickly so that the client's end users can stay productive and connected to their teammates.
